Logic Studios – Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Logic Studios, including but not limited to paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrapping, detailing, and related vehicle enhancement services. By booking or receiving services from Logic Studios, you agree to the following:
1. General Agreement
1.1 By leaving your vehicle with Logic Studios, you accept and agree to these Terms in full.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be made available on request.
2. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
2.1 Customers must disclose any prior repairs, paintwork, damage, or modifications that may affect installation or removal of films or wraps.
2.2 Logic Studios accepts no responsibility for pre-existing defects, including but not limited to stone chips, scratches, or lacquer/paint weaknesses.
2.3 While every care is taken, Logic Studios takes no responsibility for any lacquer or paint peel that may occur during the installation or removal of PPF, wraps, or other services.
2.4 Once the vehicle leaves our premises, any damage, marks, or deterioration are solely the responsibility of the customer.
3. Warranty & Aftercare
3.1 Warranties apply only to PPF and wrap installations carried out by Logic Studios. Detailing services do not include warranty unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Customers are required to attend a mandatory 3-month inspection following completion of PPF or wrap services. Failure to attend this checkup will void all warranty, and the customer will not be entitled to any refunds, repairs, or compensation.
3.3 Warranty covers installation workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, third-party work, or environmental factors.
4. Payments & Deposits
4.1 Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Full payment must be made before the release of the vehicle.
4.3 Prices quoted are subject to change if additional work is required due to unforeseen vehicle conditions.
5. Liability
5.1 Logic Studios shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss,
Pre-existing paint/lacquer issues,
Damage arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.
5.2 Customers are responsible for insuring their vehicle for the duration of its stay at Logic Studios.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
