A customer approached us with a design that they had seen before and asked if we would be able to replicate the design and add our own flare to it so we got to work!

After rendering the design and getting confirmation from our customer, we sourced an Avery Dennison vinyl which was a match to the customers callipers.

We then dismantled the front bumper to remove the front grill and badge and started to remove the boot liner to be able to access the rear badge.

After removing the badges, grill and bumper we then re installed the bumper to make sure everything was in line, we mounted our laser to pin point the centre of the vehicle from the front to rear.
We then got to work mapping out our cutting tape prior to wrapping, if you’re unfamiliar with cutting tape it is used in applications where you do not want to be cutting using a knife, the tape houses a very thin filament which will cut through the vinyl when pulled.
Finally once all the cutting tape was correctly laid and all panels were prepped we began to wrap.
After the wrapping was completed we posted heated all the edges to make sure that non of the panels would fail later down the line.
We offer all our customers a 4 month warranty with the option to extend the warranty if they decide too.
