Bilstein UK approached us with an unusual project, they had just designed new suspension for a bike they were promoting and wanted the bike to stand out from the crowed!

They had a design in mind that they wanted and after looking through the swatches we decided to wrap the bike in Hexis Super Chrome Blue with accents.

The first step was to render up how the bike would look with the graphics and to use this as a reference throughout the project.
After the bike was dismantled we made sure we prepped all the panels correctly to provide the best finish possible.
Chrome is never an easy material to use especially on a project such as this!
Our graphics team cut out the logos which were sent over to ourselves and got to work mapping out the areas the graphics would be applied.
Once the bike was fully wrapped we re assembled the bike and began applying the graphics.
